X-MEN: “I first saw her (The Statue of Liberty) in 1949. America was going to be the land of tolerance. Peace.  There is no land of tolerance. There is no peace. Not here, or anywhere else.” – Magneto

This picture was inspired by the graphic novel “Magneto: Testament” retelling Magneto’s youth growing up in an internment camp in Poland during World War II.  This combined with the introduction of X-Men are two of the most powerful stories to me personally.  Pick up the graphic novel and it will be worth your time...
